Join the StoneRidge Insurance Brokers Team!A division of SIB Corp.   We are always looking for amazing people to join the team!   StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee the financial management of our real estate portfolio and related entities. You’ll lead accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while maintaining strong financial controls. Working closely with senior leadership and key business partners, you’ll provide insights into property performance and support decisions around acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and capital investments, all within a collaborative culture that values professional growth and continuous learning.   Position: Finance Manager Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Work Location: 10 George St, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada Travel Required: Yes Pay: Starting from $90,000 annually   What You Will Do:

Financial reporting and consolidated financial statements Property and entity-level accounting Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Cash flow, treasury, and debt management Acquisition, disposition, and financing support Capital expenditure and development project reporting Internal controls and financial policies Tax, audit, and regulatory compliance Financial analysis and decision support General oversight of the accounting function

  What You Bring:

Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, business admin or related field. Minimum 3 years experience required, 5 years of experience is ideal. CPA or working toward CPA is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, practical insights for non-financial stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet reporting deadlines in a multi-entity, entrepreneurial environment. Experience with residential real estate portfolios. Experience evaluating property acquisitions, dispositions, financing alternatives, and investment returns.
