RUOLO

La figura selezionata lavorerà a stretto contatto con la direzione aziendale, in un ruolo a forte vocazione commerciale che unisce sviluppo business, presidio fiere e attività di lead generation a supporto della vendita. Il profilo ricercato godrà di autonomia nella gestione della relazione commerciale, che porterà avanti fino alla condivisione con l'azienda per la definizione finale degli accordi.

RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI

  • Ricerca e sviluppo di nuovi clienti nei settori target (Alimentare, GDO, Wine & Beverage, Dolciario, Mass Market, Casalinghi)
  • Organizzazione e gestione di visite commerciali sul territorio nazionale, contatti telefonici e preparazione preventivi
  • Partecipazione e presidio a fiere di settore, con particolare attenzione al mondo food
  • Preparazione delle fiere (materiali, appuntamenti, contatti target) e gestione dei contatti raccolti nel post-fiera
  • Gestione della newsletter aziendale a supporto della lead generation
  • Segmentazione e aggiornamento del CRM aziendale, controllo dati e performance dei clienti, invio email mirate
  • Attività di lead generation attraverso diversi canali
  • Attività di networking e branding commerciale
  • Collaborazione con direzione, area comunicazione e altre funzioni aziendali interne

CARATTERISTICHE DEL CANDIDATO

  • Esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruoli commerciali o di business development B2B
  • Laurea in Economia, Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini
  • Esperienza in partecipazione a fiere ed eventi B2B, con predisposizione particolare per il settore food
  • Esperienza nella gestione di newsletter e dei contatti del CRM aziendale
  • Conoscenza di strumenti di sales per attività di lead generation
  • Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti su tutto il territorio nazionale
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Familiarità con processi aziendali interfunzionali di aziende produttive
