Sida Advisory ricerca, per una realtà cliente operante nel settore fintech e finanza d'impresa, un Product & Go-to-Market Analyst da inserire presso la sede di Senigallia.

Una startup fintech attiva nello sviluppo di soluzioni per PMI, istituti di credito e aggregatori d'impresa: credito alternativo, finanza agevolata, minibond e marketing strategico.

L'azienda opera con una struttura agile e velocità decisionale elevata. Le priorità sono l'esecuzione e l'orientamento ai risultati.

Il ruolo

La risorsa lavorerà direttamente con il Founder e sarà responsabile del lancio di nuovi prodotti fintech sul mercato.

La posizione richiede di comprendere i bisogni dei clienti (banche, PMI, aggregatori) e garantire che il prodotto sviluppato li soddisfi concretamente. La risorsa avrà visibilità diretta sull'impatto dei propri progetti, dal primo cliente pilota alla sottoscrizione dei contratti.

Responsabilità principaliAnalizzare il mercato e identificare i bisogni dei clienti attraverso interazioni dirette

  • Sviluppare strategie di lancio per i nuovi prodotti: posizionamento, target, canali di distribuzione
  • Effettuare benchmarking competitivo nel panorama fintech
  • Preparare presentazioni e materiali commerciali per i decisori aziendali
  • Supportare il team di vendita nella gestione dei grandi clienti
  • Tradurre i requisiti dei clienti in specifiche funzionali per il team tecnico
  • Garantire la qualità commerciale dei prodotti durante lo sviluppo
  • Supportare la strategia di marketing per i prodotti fintech

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di 2–4 anni in ruoli analoghi: Business Analyst, Product Manager, Strategy Consultant, Business Development
  • Provenienza da consulenza strutturata (KPMG, Accenture, Deloitte, Engineering) o da startup fintech
  • Laurea in Economia, Marketing, Business Administration o discipline equivalenti
  • Capacità di interfacciarsi autonomamente con stakeholder di livello dirigenziale
  • Capacità di comunicazione trasversale con team tecnici e stakeholder business
  • Capacità di lavorare autonomamente e in team

Requisiti preferenziali

  • Esperienza precedente in startup fintech o contesti bancari
  • Conoscenza del credito alternativo, marketplace lending, finanza agevolata
  • Utilizzo di strumenti di project management: Jira, Asana, Monday
  • Esperienza con CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce
  • Excel avanzato (pivot table, formule complesse)
  • Utilizzo di Figma o Canva
  • Conoscenza del regulatory landscape fintech italiano
  • Inglese livello B2 o superiore
  • Esperienza in presales o business development strategico
