RUOLO

La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con la direzione aziendale.. È un ruolo ibrido che richiede equilibrio reale tra capacità analitiche e commerciali: non stiamo cercando un marketer puro né un venditore puro, ma una persona che sappia fare entrambe le cose con efficacia.

Il ruolo unisce attività commerciali, sviluppo business, analisi delle opportunità di mercato e supporto alle attività marketing. La figura contribuirà alla ricerca e sviluppo di nuovi clienti nei settori target (Alimentare, GDO, Wine & Beverage, Dolciario, Mass Market e Casalinghi)

RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI

  • Ricerca e sviluppo di nuovi clienti nei settori target
  • Analisi delle lead provenienti da campagne marketing e attività di comunicazione
  • Organizzazione e gestione di visite commerciali sul territorio nazionale
  • Apertura di nuovi contatti con aziende target attraverso canali digitali e tradizionali
  • Attività di scouting e analisi di mercato
  • Monitoraggio di trend, opportunità e potenziali nuovi segmenti di sviluppo
  • Partecipazione a fiere di settore legate al mondo food e packaging
  • Supporto alla presenza aziendale su LinkedIn
  • Attività di networking e branding commerciale
  • Supporto a campagne ADV e attività digitali
  • Gestione dei contatti e aggiornamento del CRM aziendale
  • Collaborazione con direzione, area comunicazione e funzioni interne aziendali

CARATTERISTICHE DEL CANDIDATO (Must-Have)

  • Laurea in Economia, Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini, preferibile ma non vincolante
  • Esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruoli commerciali, marketing o business development B2B
  • Conoscenza di LinkedIn ADV o strumenti di marketing digitale
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo e gestione del CRM aziendale
  • Esperienza in partecipazione a Fiere e eventi B2B
  • Esperienza in analisi del mercato e alla studio di nuove opportunità
  • Provenienza da aziende produttive
  • Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti su tutto il territorio nazionale
  • Mentalità moderna, dinamica e orientata allo sviluppo del business
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
  • Forte predisposizione commerciale

CARATTERISTICHE DEL CANDIDATO (Nice-to-have)

  • Interesse verso il mondo del packaging food e dei mercati B2B
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Esperienza pregressa in attività di sviluppo business
  • Familiarità con processi aziendali interfunzionali

COSA OFFRIAMO

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato del CCNL Carta e Cartone
  • Range di RAL compreso tra € 30.000 - 35.000
  • Sistema provvigionale sul fatturato generato e gestito
  • Possibilità di auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo
  • Ruolo strategico e in costruzione con aumento di responsabilità.
