The posting

Azienda industriale operante nel settore gomma-plastica ricerca un Disegnatore Ufficio Tecnico da inserire nel proprio team tecnico.

La figura avrà un ruolo trasversale tra progettazione, industrializzazione, laboratorio e produzione: oltre alle attività di disegno e sviluppo tecnico, supporterà infatti la validazione dei prodotti attraverso l’esecuzione di prove e test di laboratorio.

Cerchiamo quindi un profilo tecnico che voglia seguire concretamente il prodotto, dalla fase di progettazione fino alla verifica e all’ottimizzazione in produzione.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

· progettazione e sviluppo 2D/3D di componenti in gomma, materiali plastici ed elastomeri;

· realizzazione, modifica e aggiornamento di disegni e modelli tecnici;

· supporto alle attività di sviluppo e industrializzazione dei prodotti;

· predisposizione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica;

· esecuzione di test e prove di laboratorio sui componenti e sui prodotti;

· esecuzione di prove di elettrotecnica di base, comprese verifiche di continuità e isolamento mediante apposita strumentazione;

· registrazione dei risultati e predisposizione dei relativi report di prova;

· analisi delle eventuali problematiche tecniche emerse durante lo sviluppo o la produzione;

· collaborazione con Produzione e altre funzioni tecniche per l’ottimizzazione del prodotto e la risoluzione delle criticità.

PROFILO RICERCATO

Costituisce titolo preferenziale il Diploma di Perito Elettrotecnico.

Saranno valutati anche candidati in possesso di:

· Diploma di Perito Meccanico, Meccatronico, Elettronico o titolo tecnico equivalente;

· Laurea in discipline tecniche o ingegneristiche coerenti con il ruolo.

Sono inoltre richieste:

· buona conoscenza del disegno tecnico;

· ottima capacità di utilizzo di software CAD 3D, quali SolidWorks, Inventor o equivalenti;

· conoscenze di base di elettrotecnica e capacità di utilizzo dei principali strumenti di misura;

· preferibile esperienza nella progettazione/disegno di componenti stampati o estrusi in gomma e materiali plastici di almeno 1 anno;

· capacità di lettura e gestione della documentazione tecnica;

· buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

· capacità di lavorare in team, interfacciandosi efficacemente con Ufficio Tecnico, Produzione e altre funzioni aziendali;

· precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;

· capacità di organizzare le proprie attività e rispettare le scadenze delle commesse;

· approccio pratico e orientamento alla soluzione;

· interesse ad ampliare progressivamente le proprie competenze tecniche sul prodotto e sui processi produttivi.
