Sida Advisory è alla ricerca di un/una Machinery Safety Engineer per un'azienda cliente operante come Organismo Notificato nel settore della valutazione di conformità, marcatura CE e direttive industriali.

Il nostro cliente è un Organismo Notificato italiano attivo nel settore della valutazione di conformità e della marcatura CE, con esperienza consolidata in ambito tecnico, regolatorio e certificativo.

La società opera a supporto di aziende produttrici, accompagnandole nei processi di certificazione di prodotto, verifica documentale, conformità normativa e applicazione delle direttive europee di riferimento.

L'azienda sta costruendo la propria sede di Milano, nuovo hub dedicato alle direttive industriali e alla certificazione macchine — rafforzato da una partnership strategica con un primario gruppo internazionale del settore. La figura ricercata entrerà in un contesto tecnico in fase di sviluppo, con possibilità di crescita professionale reale e coinvolgimento diretto su attività ad alto contenuto specialistico.

IL RUOLO

La risorsa selezionata per il ruolo di Machinery Safety Engineer sarà inserita nel team tecnico e si occuperà della gestione delle pratiche di certificazione di prodotto, con focus su Allegato IV della Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE e sulle direttive industriali applicabili.

La figura lavorerà in coordinamento con il Technical Manager e con il management aziendale, contribuendo anche alle attività di preparazione interna legate al Nuovo Regolamento Macchine (UE) 2023/1230, applicabile dal 14 gennaio 2027 — con formazione dedicata inclusa.

RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI

  • Gestione delle pratiche di certificazione di prodotto con focus su Allegato IV, Direttiva 2006/42/CE
  • Revisione di fascicoli tecnici e documentazione Annex IV
  • Verifica della documentazione tecnica presentata dai fabbricanti
  • Analisi della conformità rispetto alla Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE e alle direttive industriali applicabili
  • Comunicazione con i clienti in merito a requisiti documentali, esiti delle valutazioni e tempistiche
  • Supporto alla gestione delle procedure QMS e della documentazione di evidenza
  • Contributo alla predisposizione delle procedure interne per il Regolamento (UE) 2023/1230
  • Partecipazione a verifiche e ispezioni presso i siti dei clienti, in Italia e occasionalmente all'estero
  • Interfaccia con il Technical Manager e con le funzioni interne coinvolte nei processi certificativi
  • Redazione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e regolatoria

CARATTERISTICHE DEL CANDIDATO (Must-Have)

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale, Elettrica o Elettronica
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in Organismi Notificati o contesti tecnici di certificazione prodotto
  • Esperienza diretta nella revisione di fascicoli tecnici e documentazione Annex IV
  • Conoscenza solida della Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE
  • Competenza in materia di valutazione del rischio secondo EN ISO 12100
  • Buona conoscenza dei processi di marcatura CE
  • Inglese fluente, scritto e parlato, in contesto tecnico-professionale
  • Flessibilità operativa e capacità di lavorare in un contesto in fase di strutturazione
  • Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali in Italia e all'estero

CARATTERISTICHE DEL CANDIDATO (Nice-to-Have)

  • Conoscenza della Direttiva Rumore 2000/14/CE
  • Familiarità con ISO 17065, ISO 17021-1 o ISO/IEC 17025
  • Esperienza nella gestione documentale di sistemi QMS
  • Conoscenza del Regolamento Macchine (UE) 2023/1230
  • Certificazione CMSE® – Certified Machinery Safety Expert (TÜV NORD)
  • Esperienza nella redazione o verifica della Dichiarazione di Conformità
  • Abilitazione professionale e iscrizione all'Albo degli Ingegneri
  • Esperienza nella comunicazione tecnica con clienti internazionali
