Sida Advisory è alla ricerca di un/una Responsabile di Stabilimento/Produzione per un'azienda cliente marchigiana del settore vitivinicolo.

Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Ancona, Marche, Italia

Il nostro cliente:

Importante azienda vitivinicola marchigiana in forte crescita, specializzata nella produzione di vini e nella valorizzazione del territorio attraverso un approccio orientato all'eccellenza.

Ruolo:

La figura, alle dirette dipendenze della direzione aziendale, sarà responsabile del coordinamento di tutte le attività operative e gestionali dello stabilimento, garantendo l'efficienza dei processi produttivi dalla vinificazione all'imbottigliamento e alla spedizione.

Responsabilità:

  • Coordinare l'intero processo produttivo: dal vino all'imbottigliamento, fino alla gestione del magazzino
  • Gestire il personale di stabilimento (5-6 persone), supervisionando programmi di produzione, fasi di lavorazione e rendimenti
  • Seguire le certificazioni di prodotto e garantirne la conformità
  • Coordinare il flusso dal magazzino alla spedizione
  • Gestire l'impiantistica di stabilimento, assicurando manutenzione ed efficienza degli impianti
  • Occuparsi dell'ufficio acquisti
  • Presidiare le tematiche di sicurezza relative alle attività di stabilimento

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nel settore vitivinicolo o alimentare
  • Conoscenza dei processi enologici (preferenziale)
  • Capacità di gestione e coordinamento di team
  • Competenze in ambito impiantistico e di sicurezza sul lavoro

Cosa si offre:

  • RAL indicativa di 40.000 €, con inquadramento definito sulla base dell’esperienza e della seniority del profilo;
  • Sistema incentivante variabile, con premi legati all’andamento del fatturato e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali;
  • Auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo;
  • Inserimento in un ruolo di responsabilità, a diretto contatto con la Direzione, all’interno di un’azienda in forte crescita;
