Il ruolo

Come Sales Assistant entrerai a far parte del team del nuovo store Carpisa e accompagnerai ogni cliente nella scelta dei prodotti e degli accessori più adatti alle sue esigenze.

Cerchiamo una persona dinamica, attenta e appassionata di moda e accessori, capace di creare un'esperienza di acquisto piacevole e autentica, contribuendo allo stesso tempo ai risultati e alla cura quotidiana del punto vendita.

Responsabilità

  • Accogliere e assistere il cliente durante tutte le fasi dell'esperienza di acquisto
  • Ascoltarne le esigenze e proporre prodotti e accessori in modo personalizzato
  • Supportare la vendita attraverso attività di cross-selling
  • Mantenere il punto vendita ordinato, accogliente e in linea con gli standard visivi del brand
  • Occuparsi del riassortimento, del riordino della merce e delle attività di magazzino
  • Gestire le operazioni di cassa e i pagamenti tramite POS
  • Collaborare con il team al raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali dello store
  • Supportare le attività di inventario e le altre operazioni quotidiane del negozio

Requisiti

  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella vendita assistita, esclusi i periodi di stage
  • Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di vendita, dall'approccio al cliente al cross-selling
  • Dimestichezza con l'utilizzo della cassa e del POS
  • Attenzione alla cura personale e all'immagine
  • Orientamento al cliente, affidabilità e capacità di lavorare in squadra
  • Capacità di gestire con energia e organizzazione anche i momenti di maggiore affluenza

Offerta

  • Contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 3 mesi, con prospettiva di inserimento a tempo indeterminato
  • Part-Time 24h, inquadramento secondo il CCNL Commercio ANPIT-CISAL, livello D1/C2/C1
  • RAL indicativa compresa tra 13.000€ - 15.000€
  • Sistema di bonus legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, fino a 200 euro mensili
