Il ruolo

Come Store Manager entrerai a far parte del team Talco Fashion come punto di riferimento dello store di Torresina, con la responsabilità di guidare il team, garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali e curare ogni giorno l'esperienza della cliente.

Cerchiamo una persona con solida esperienza nella gestione di negozio, capace di unire spirito commerciale e doti di leadership, dando il buon esempio in prima persona sul punto vendita.

Responsabilità

  • Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali del punto vendita, monitorando quotidianamente i KPI di vendita tramite il gestionale aziendale
  • Coordinare, motivare e formare il team di negozio (4-5 risorse)
  • Curare il visual merchandising e il rispetto degli standard immagine del brand
  • Gestire il riassortimento, gli ordini e le attività di magazzino
  • Supervisionare le operazioni di cassa, i pagamenti POS e la corretta gestione amministrativa del negozio
  • Supportare la selezione e l'inserimento di nuove risorse nel team
  • Riportare periodicamente alla proprietà sull'andamento del punto vendita
  • Essere presente sul punto vendita come esempio operativo, affiancando il team nella vendita e nella gestione del rapporto con la cliente

Requisiti

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di gestione di punto vendita nel retail abbigliamento
  • Comprovata capacità di leadership e gestione di un team di 4-5 persone
  • Solida conoscenza delle tecniche di vendita assistita e delle logiche di lettura dei KPI commerciali
  • Dimestichezza con cassa, POS e strumenti gestionali di reportistica
  • Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend e nei periodi di maggiore affluenza
  • Forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di guidare con l'esempio

Offerta

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato
  • Inquadramento secondo il CCNL Commercio ANPIT-CISAL, livello B2
  • RAL indicativa compresa tra 26.000 e 32.000 euro, commisurata all'esperienza
  • Bonus mensile legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di negozio, fino a 400 euro
  • On-boarding strutturato su brand e strumenti di gestione KPI
