Ihre Aufgaben

* Durchführung von operativen Bestellungen sowie Termin- und Lieferverfolgung

* Eigenständige Material- und Dienstleistungsbeschaffungen

* Verhandlung von Preisen, Konditionen und Lieferbedingungen

* Eigenverantwortliche Vertragserstellung, -verhandlung und -verwaltung

* Unterstützung bei Make- or Buy Entscheidungen

* Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen und Beschaffungsabläufen

* Kommunikation und laufende Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Bedarfsträgern

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL/HAK/FH/UNI)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld

* Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Anlagen- und Rohrleitungsbau von Vorteil

* Engagierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und Freude an der Optimierung von Prozessen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sichere Anwendung von MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)
