IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Lieferantenmanagement & Sourcing: Sie betreuen und entwickeln unsere bestehenden Lieferantenbeziehungen und identifizieren neue, strategische Partner, um unser Portfolio weiter auszubauen
  • Verhandlungsführung & Produktkalkulation: Als erste Ansprechperson für einkaufsrelevante Themen führen Sie Preisverhandlungen, verantworten Artikellistungen und tragen somit aktiv zur Verbesserung unserer Einkaufspreise und der Optimierung unserer Produktkalkulation bei
  • Datenmanagement & Beschaffung: Sie pflegen Stammdaten, Preislisten und Lieferantenkonditionen und steuern die Warenbeschaffung effizient mit unserer Dispositionssoftware
  • Qualitätsmanagement & Optimierung: Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen, führen Pre-Shipment Inspections durch und bewerten Lieferanten, um unsere Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen
  • Projektmanagement: Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich Projektgeschäfte – von der Anfrage über die Bestellung bis hin zum Wareneingang
  • Marktbeobachtung & Messen: Sie besuchen Lieferanten und Fachmessen, um neue Trends zu identifizieren und arbeiten dabei eng mit unserem Produktmanagement zusammen

DAS ZEICHNET SIE AUS:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringen Erfahrung im Einkauf mit
  • Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick und Ihre Zahlenaffinität zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und fühlen sich in der Abwicklung von Projekten wohl
  • Mit Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und Ihrem souveränen Auftreten überzeugen Sie sowohl interne als auch externe Partner
  • Sie verhandeln gerne und haben richtig Freude daran, wenn Sie eine gute Lösung gefunden haben
  • Eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie der professionelle Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen (insbesondere Excel) sind für Sie selbstverständlich
