1.负责部门IDC基础设施全流程工作，包括机房规划、选址勘探、验收及标准化整改优化。 2.设计和实施高性能计算集群部署，包括机房建设、算力网络架构规划设计、万卡集群的搭建和维护。 3.配合算力集群业务需求，适配优化分布式存储基础架构及网络传输链路，保障算力数据传输高效性和稳定性。 4.设计和实现高效的任务调度系统，优化资源分配，提升系统吞吐量。 5.协同研发、运维团队，定位排查机房基建、网络设备运行中的底层技术难题，输出优化整改方案。 6.负责算力集群网络、校园网的网络设备及安全设备基础设施建设。

1.计算机科学、电子工程或相关领域的硕士及以上学历。 2.至少5年以上相关工作经验，包括IDC机房建设、GPU集群、高性能网络、分布式存储和高效调度系统、网络及安全基础设施建设的实际经验。 3.精通Linux操作系统、TCP/IP网络协议，熟练掌握网络架构设计、路由交换、负载均衡、网络性能调优技术。 4.精通主流网络设备、安全设备的部署、调试、策略优化经验，熟悉网络安全防护、流量监控溯源技术。 5.有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
