1. 负责平台公司经营，编制年度经营计划与预算，并管理下设持股企业经营业务。 2. 履行出资人职责，统筹参控股企业管理，包括委派董监、重大事项审议、表决权行使、分红收缴及股权变动（增资、转让、回购、清算）等事宜。 3. 推进平台企业规范运营与改革，完善持股企业法人治理结构，防范经营、法律与廉政风险。 4. 负责团队建设与内部管理，搭建法务、财务、以及专业服务条线，建立健全管理激励机制与决策风控体系。 5. 负责科技成果转化与产业化投资，对接学院科研团队开展成果评估、作价入股，主导孵化项目尽调、估值谈判、投资决策及投后管理，推动"研创学"一体化生态建设。 6. 构建研创学合作生态，对接地方政府、产业园区、投资机构与行业龙头企业，争取政策支持、实现共建载体与产业项目落地。

1. 拥护中国共产党领导，品行端正、廉洁自律，认同学院研创学与企业发展理念。 2. 年龄原则上不超过45周岁，身体健康，具备良好的职业素养与责任担当。 3. 金融、投资、法律、财务、工商管理或相关理工科专业硕士及以上学历；有高校资产经营公司、孵化加速机构、国有企业管理经验优先。 4. 10年以上股权投资、资产管理或企业管理经验，其中6年以上团队管理经验，熟悉院企合作、孵化加速、科技成果转化及企业运作，AI相关领域有限。 5. 熟悉《公司法》《企业国有资产法》《促进科技成果转化法》等法律法规，具备投资全流程管理能力与财务风险识别能力。 6. 商业判断力强，沟通协调与决策抗压能力突出，能在学院行政体系与市场化企业之间高效协同，熟练使用各类办公软件。
