Description du poste

Missions principales

  • Gestion et développement commercial : Prospecter, négocier et suivre en direct les grands comptes de distributeurs, couvrant les grandes villes de la Libye ; Tripoli, Misrata et Benghazi
  • Conseil technique et préconisation : Analyser les cahiers des charges des projets (ex: revêtements de sol anti-acide pour l'agroalimentaire, protection du béton ou anti-feu pour le secteur pétrolier) et préconiser les solutions chimiques adaptées.
  • Déplacements terrain intensifs : Assurer une présence physique continue auprès des clients, impliquant de passer plus de 50 % de son temps de travail en Libye pour le suivi des projets.
  • Assistance technique sur chantier : Superviser les phases de test ou d'application des produits chimiques sur les sites industriels pour garantir leur bonne mise en œuvre.
  • Gestion logistique et douanière : Coordonner les flux de marchandises et la liasse documentaire export (Incoterms, crédits documentaires) entre la Tunisie et la Libye, en maîtrisant les formalités transfrontalières spécifiques (inspections, certificats de conformité).
  • Suivi des paiements et risques : Sécuriser les transactions financières internationales, en portant une attention stricte aux modalités de paiement et au recouvrement sur la zone libyenne.

Qualifications

  • Expérience : 5 à 7 ans d'expérience technico-commerciale, impérativement dans le secteur des produits chimiques pour la construction ou la fourniture industrielle technique.
  • Expertise sectorielle : Connaissance approfondie des exigences réglementaires, d'hygiène et de sécurité propres aux industries Food & Beverage (normes HACCP, résistance chimique) et Oil & Gas (normes ATEX, environnements sévères).
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des techniques de vente B2B complexes (cycles longs, interlocuteurs techniques/ingénieurs) et des fondamentaux du commerce extérieur (Incoterms, logistique routière/maritime régionale).
  • Soft Skills : Forte autonomie, résilience, adaptabilité interculturelle, sens aigu de la diplomatie et excellente gestion du stress en milieu industriel complexe.
  • Langues : Français et Arabe (la maîtrise de l'arabe tunisien et libyen est indispensable pour le terrain) courants. Anglais technique requis pour les échanges avec les multinationales et les grilles de spécifications.

  • Mobilité géographique : Poste basé en Tunisie avec une mobilité totale obligatoire et une aptitude validée à voyager très régulièrement et de manière prolongée en Libye (plus de 50 % du temps).
