Descripción del empleo

OBJETIVO

Apoyar los procesos de producción, cargue, monitoreo, conforme a los estándares propuestos por Sika, y con el fin entregar productos terminados con la más alta calidad y eficacia, dentro de los parámetros de seguridad industrial, cumpliendo los objetivos de producción de la planta de Tocancipá.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Ejecutar las operaciones de fabricación en las líneas de producción, conforme a instrucciones técnicas y operativas.
  • Interpretar formulaciones y recetas, realizando procesos de disolución, mezcla, filtrado y pesaje de materias primas.
  • Controlar y ajustar variables críticas del proceso (temperatura, presión, tiempos y flujos) para garantizar la calidad del producto.
  • Operar y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de equipos como reactores, filtros, sistemas de bombeo y transferencia de materiales.
  • Gestionar materias primas e inventarios, incluyendo pesaje, consumo en órdenes de producción, devoluciones y rotación según vencimientos.
  • Realizar toma de muestras y registros de producción, garantizando la trazabilidad y soporte para análisis de laboratorio.
  • Reportar oportunamente fallas, desviaciones o anomalías en el proceso productivo.
  • Cumplir y promover las normas de seguridad industrial, orden y disciplina (5S), asegurando condiciones adecuadas del puesto de trabajo.
  • Mantener el orden, limpieza y adecuado uso de equipos, maquinaria y áreas de trabajo.
  • Apoyar actividades complementarias del proceso productivo, incluyendo molienda de materias primas y manejo seguro de montacargas.

Requisitos

FORMACIÓN ACADEMICA

Bachillerato.

CONOCIMIENTO ESPECIFICOS

  • Conocimiento en programa de las 5´s.
  • Seguimiento a indicadores particulares de cada planta.
  • Desarrollo del programa de reciclaje y programas de Seguridad industrial e Higiene.
  • Conocimientos prácticos en desarrollo de simulacros y prácticas de Brigada.
  • Atención de emergencias, derrames.
  • Forma y uso de EPP.

EXPERIENCIA LABORAL VINCULADA AL CARGO

Mínimo un año y seis meses de experiencia en áreas de producción.

COMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES

  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones, orden y aseo.
  • Buenas relaciones interpersonales.
  • Proactividad e iniciativa.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y seguimiento de instrucciones.
  • Manejo adecuado de los recursos y los elementos de protección personal EPP.
