Job Summary

You will lead full stack development by owning product architecture and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems that drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Own product architecture and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to set technical direction that optimizes business metrics
  • Communicate technology and product strategy clearly to internal and external stakeholders and leadership
  • Build highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secure enterprise systems
  • Produce reliable, performant code with effective monitoring and alerting mechanisms
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices
  • Analyze and improve system efficiency, scalability, and stability
  • Manage stakeholder requirements to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Debug and monitor logs to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Utilize logging tools and techniques to troubleshoot complex problems
  • Participate in project planning and estimation to deliver realistic timelines and milestones
  • Break down large projects into manageable tasks and milestones
  • Provide L3 support for existing products, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Refactor code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Implement new features and functionalities according to project requirements
  • Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible technical documentation
  • Conduct context studies on products and tools to deepen understanding of functionality and requirements
  • Demonstrate proactive learning of new technologies and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders

Required competencies and certifications

  • Professional experience in full stack development including front-end, back-end system architecture, database design, and service integration
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS or React Native
  • Proficiency in programming languages including PHP, Hack lang, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#
  • Minimum 3 years of experience building microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL
  • Experience with asynchronous and parallel service development
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases and ORM
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with HTML and CSS
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure
  • Professional fluency in English

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience with log monitoring in distributed systems
