Sobre a Vaga

Buscamos uma pessoa criativa, dinâmica e comprometida para atuar na formação pedagógica e no acompanhamento de jovens aprendizes no polo do Rio de Janeiro. O profissional será responsável por ministrar capacitações, orientar os estudantes e acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos aprendizes.

Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades

- Ministração de Aulas: Ministrar capacitação teórica para jovens aprendizes em áreas de Logística, Administração, Matemática e afins.

- Planejamento Pedagógico: Elaborar planos de aulas detalhados e utilizar recursos audiovisuais e tecnológicos para enriquecer o aprendizado.

- Acompanhamento de Frequência: Controlar a frequência diária dos estudantes, registrando faltas, abonos e atestados médicos em sistemas oficiais.

- Prevenção da Evasão: Realizar busca ativa e contato direto com jovens faltosos para prevenir a evasão escolar e instruir os participantes.

- Avaliação de Desempenho: Avaliar a conduta e a formação técnico-profissional dos aprendizes, monitorando o desempenho junto às empresas e elaborando relatórios.

- Suporte aos Estudantes: Auxiliar os alunos com dúvidas nos cursos oferecidos e manter a coordenação informada sobre ausências.

- Escolaridade: Formação superior completa em Logística, Administração, Matemática ou áreas afins.

- Experiência Profissional: Experiência prévia em ambientes educacionais, ministração de aulas ou acompanhamento pedagógico/instrutoria.

·Conhecimentos Técnicos

- Domínio de ferramentas de escritório (pacote Office/Google Workspace) para elaboração de materiais e registros acadêmicos.

- Conhecimento sobre a Lei da Aprendizagem e programas de aprendizagem profissional (diferencial).

Competências Comportamentais

- Forte identificação com a área de responsabilidade social e atuação com público jovem.

- Habilidade de comunicação oral e escrita, com capacidade de adaptação a diferentes perfis de aprendizes.

- Perfil organizado, proativo, pontual e comunicativo.

Contrato CLT como horista;

Horário: segunda, quarta e sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h;

Remuneração inicial: R$ 27,68 por hora;
