Nós buscamos uma pessoa criativa, dinâmica e comprometida para exercer a função de Instrutor(a) de Aprendizagem e nos ajudar no desenvolvimento de jovens talentos. Responsabilidades

Ministrar capacitação teórica para jovens aprendizes de 14 a 23 anos em diversas áreas do conhecimento;

Avaliar o jovem quanto a sua conduta e formação técnico profissional de acordo com as competências da instituição;

Elaborar planos de aulas;

Utilizar recursos audiovisuais e tecnológicos para enriquecer e facilitar o aprendizado dos jovens;

Apoio aos estudantes nos diversos cursos oferecidos pela Instituição, auxiliar os alunos com possíveis dúvidas;

Comunicar à coordenação quando houver ausência de algum aluno; lançar falta e acompanhar o desempenho do jovem;

Monitorar o desempenho dos alunos junto às empresas e criar relatório de acompanhamento.

Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Matemática, Contabilidade, Gestão ou Licenciaturas;

Experiência prévia nas áreas educacionais, principalmente em salas de aula ou tutoria de EAD;

Conhecimento em Pacote Office Office para elaboração de materiais e registros do aprendizado;

Identificação com a área de responsabilidade social e atuação com jovens;

Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita;

Capacidade de adaptação e flexibilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis de aprendizes;

Será considerado um diferencial o conhecimento da Lei da Aprendizagem e experiência prévia com programas de aprendizagem.

Contrato CLT como horista;

Horário de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h ( inicialmente com jornada fixa de 4h/dia);

Remuneração inicial: R$ 27,68 por hora;
