Fundada e liderada por profissionais com sólida formação acadêmica e mestrado pela Universidade de São Paulo, a instituição destaca-se pelo investimento contínuo em medicina preventiva, inovação diagnóstica e bem-estar animal.

Objetivo do Cargo: O profissional atua como a linha de frente do centro veterinário, sendo responsável pela recepção humanizada dos tutores, gestão da agenda dos médicos veterinários, atendimento telefônico e por mensagens, além do controle de recebimentos. De forma pontual e ocasional, prestará suporte operacional às rotinas do ambiente veterinário e na organização e limpeza das salas de atendimento.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atividades:

- Atendimento ao Cliente e Recepção: Recepcionar tutores e pets com empatia e cordialidade; atender chamadas e responder mensagens via WhatsApp corporativo com linguagem profissional; esclarecer dúvidas gerais sobre funcionamento, agendamentos e serviços;

- Gestão de Agenda e Sistemas: Operacionalizar o sistema SimplesVet para cadastros, agendamentos, retornos e relatórios diários; organizar a agenda dos médicos veterinários sem sobreposição de horários;

- Rotinas Financeiras de Balcão: Processar cobranças (cartão, PIX ou dinheiro) e realizar o fechamento diário do caixa com precisão;

- Suporte Operacional e Apoio Veterinário (ocasional): Auxiliar os médicos veterinários na contenção segura de cães e gatos em exames ou procedimentos; apoiar pontualmente na organização e higienização imediata dos espaços.

Requisitos e Perfil Desejado:

- Gostar e ter afinidade com animais: Amor, respeito, facilidade no manejo e tranquilidade no contato direto com cães e gatos de diferentes portes e temperamentos;

- Escolaridade: Ensino Médio completo;

- Experiência Profissional: Vivência comprovada em atendimento ao cliente, recepção ou rotinas administrativas;

- Experiência com rotinas financeiras de recepção: Prática em recebimento de pagamentos por diversas modalidades (máquina de cartão, dinheiro, PIX), abertura e fechamento de caixa diário, e emissão de comprovantes;

- Conhecimentos Técnicos: Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, atenção ortográfica, raciocínio lógico e domínio do pacote básico de informática.

Diferenciais:

- Experiência prévia em recepção de clínicas veterinárias, pet shops ou estabelecimentos de saúde;

Remuneração e Benefícios:

- Salário Fixo: R$ 2.500,00 mensais;

- Adicional Legal: Adicional de insalubridade conforme legislação vigente;

- Benefícios: Vale Alimentação / Refeição (R$ 275,00) + Reembolso integral de Vale Transporte;

- Jornada de Trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 09h às 18h | Sábados, das 09h às 13h
