Principais Responsabilidades Atuar como referência técnica do time, liderando tecnicamente os projetos e apoiando a tomada de decisões arquiteturais. Projetar, desenvolver e implementar soluções de software robustas, escaláveis e de alta performance utilizando Java. Ter atuado como Tech Lead em instituições financeiras, contribuindo para projetos de missão crítica e alta disponibilidade. Desenvolver, evoluir e manter APIs RESTful seguras, performáticas e escaláveis. Projetar e implementar arquiteturas baseadas em microsserviços. Colaborar com áreas de negócio, produto, arquitetura e demais stakeholders para traduzir requisitos em soluções técnicas eficientes. Realizar code reviews, garantindo qualidade, manutenibilidade e aderência às melhores práticas de desenvolvimento. Atuar na resolução de problemas complexos de performance, escalabilidade, observabilidade e segurança. Aplicar conceitos de Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns e boas práticas de engenharia de software. Definir padrões técnicos, disseminar conhecimento e promover a evolução contínua do time. Mentorar e apoiar desenvolvedores juniores e plenos em seu desenvolvimento técnico. Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para automação de processos, aceleração do ciclo de desenvolvimento e aumento de produtividade das equipes.

Requisitos Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento Java (8+) utilizando Spring Boot, Spring Data e Spring Security. Experiência comprovada atuando como Tech Lead em equipes de desenvolvimento. Vivência em instituições financeiras, meios de pagamento, Open Finance ou ambientes regulados. Sólida experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços. Experiência no desenvolvimento e sustentação de APIs REST. Conhecimentos avançados em bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL, MySQL) e NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Experiência com mensageria utilizando Kafka, RabbitMQ ou AWS SQS. Conhecimento em Docker e Kubernetes. Experiência com CI/CD utilizando Jenkins, GitLab CI ou ferramentas similares. Domínio de Git e boas práticas de versionamento. Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban). Vivência com práticas de observabilidade, monitoramento e troubleshooting em ambientes produtivos. Experiência na utilização de ferramentas de IA Generativa (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini ou similares) para otimização e automação de processos de desenvolvimento. Ensino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.
