Garantir o funcionamento administrativo eficiente das unidades da Siqueira Campos Importação e Distribuição, por meio da execução, controle e melhoria contínua de processos operacionais, assegurando o suporte necessário às áreas internas e a conformidade com os padrões corporativos.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Desenvolvimento de melhorias nos processos administrativos da filial;

Padronização de procedimentos administrativos locais conforme diretrizes da matriz;

Geração de relatórios analíticos para tomada de decisão da liderança;

Apoio a auditorias externas com levantamento e justificativas documentais;

Suporte à liderança em reuniões de resultados e planejamento;

Treinamento e mentoria para novos assistentes administrativos;

Monitoramento e análise crítica de indicadores administrativos;

Propostas de ações para redução de custos operacionais administrativos;

Apoio à liderança na revisão de contratos locais e aditivos;

Avaliação da aderência a normas e regulamentos internos;

Participação em comitês internos ou fóruns operacionais;

Comunicação direta com supervisores, coordenadores e gerentes regionais;

Gestão de documentação sigilosa com responsabilidade e segurança;

Criação de procedimentos operacionais padrão (POPs) para rotinas administrativas.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência prévia em funções administrativas;
  • Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Habilidade de comunicação interpessoal e escrita;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Proatividade e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Desejável conhecimento básico em rotinas de importação/exportação.
