The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité Exploitation & Maintenance, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Chargé(e) d’exploitation photovoltaïque.

Vous prendrez en charge un portefeuille de centrales, votre rôle : suivre leur fonctionnement au quotidien, coordonner les intervenants et garantir le respect de nos engagements auprès des clients.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Piloter l’exploitation des centrales :

  • Superviser quotidiennement le fonctionnement des installations et suivre leurs performances
  • Organiser la prise en charge des nouvelles centrales, sur les volets administratifs et opérationnels
  • Suivre les accès aux sites et enregistrer les entrées et sorties des intervenants
  • Rédiger les rapports d’exploitation et rendre compte aux clients des résultats et des actions menées
  • Identifier les écarts de performance et proposer des améliorations

Coordonner les interventions

  • Planifier les prestations et coordonner les équipes internes, les prestataires et les autres intervenants
  • Suivre la qualité des interventions et veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et des plans de prévention
  • Anticiper les besoins en ressources et en matériel, et suivre les stocks nécessaires à l’exploitation

Suivre les engagements contractuels et financiers

  • Maîtriser les contrats d’exploitation et veiller à la réalisation des prestations prévues
  • Participer au chiffrage des prestations et des interventions, puis suivre leur facturation
  • Contribuer à l’analyse financière des projets et au traitement des sinistres et réclamations
  • Formaliser les retours d’expérience et contribuer à l’amélioration des procédures

Profil

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure Bac+5, de type école d’ingénieur ou master en énergie, génie électrique, électrotechnique ou domaine équivalent, vous avez une première expérience dans l’exploitation de centrales photovoltaïques ou la gestion d’installations énergétiques.

Vous savez analyser les données de production, coordonner des intervenants et assurer le suivi technique et contractuel de plusieurs installations.

Organisé(e), réactif(ve) et à l’aise dans la relation client, vous accordez une attention particulière à la sécurité et à la qualité des prestations.
