Sirius Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Bilingual Property Manager on behalf of our client. This is a fully remote opportunity managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Canada. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties Communicate with tenants, clients, vendors, and inspectors Coordinate property inspections and maintenance Respond to tenant concerns and ensure tenant satisfaction Review vendor quotes and assign work orders Maintain accurate property management records Support leasing activities and tenant communication Coordinate utilities and property services Qualifications Minimum 2 years of property management or real estate experience Fluency in both French and English Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience managing multi-unit residential properties is an asset Benefits $55K–$60K salary 3 weeks vacation Benefits package Fully remote work environment We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
