Job Description

Je bent een ervaren specialist die rust en richting brengt in complexe situaties. Je overziet de bredere impact van risico’s, schakelt gemakkelijk met senior stakeholders en weet draagvlak te creëren voor verbeteringen die organisatiebreed effect hebben.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • Zeer ervaring met business continuity, crisismanagement, cyber resilience, incidentrespons en operationeel risicomanagement.
  • Ervaring met het opzetten, doorontwikkelen en toetsen van business continuity- en crisis management frameworks.
  • Diepgaande kennis van frameworks zoals NIST, ISO 27001 en ISO 22301.
  • Ervaring met Business Impact Analyses, Gold Team-oefeningen, tabletop exercises en crisissimulaties.
  • Het vermogen om complexe risico’s en scenario’s te vertalen naar duidelijke keuzes voor leiderschap.
  • Sterke advies-, beïnvloedings- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden op senior managementniveau.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Een relevante certificering, zoals CBCI, CISM of vergelijkbaar, is een pre.
