Je bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwensrelaties op, op alle niveaus in de organisatie. Je begrijpt de prioriteiten van de business en vertaalt securityrisico’s naar praktisch advies en heldere keuzes. Waar nodig daag je stakeholders constructief uit, met focus op het beste resultaat.

Je combineert sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met goed oordeelsvermogen en een pragmatische blik op risico’s. Of je nu spreekt met klanten, commerciële teams, productmanagers of senior leaders: je legt complexe securityonderwerpen helder en overtuigend uit.

Je werkt graag over organisatiegrenzen heen, beïnvloedt besluiten zonder formele bevoegdheid en helpt anderen succesvol te zijn met jouw expertise en begeleiding.

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in informatiebeveiliging, IT-audit of IT-risicomanagement
  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Cyber Security, Business Informatics, Law and IT of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Een geldige CISM- of CISSP-certificering
  • Kennis van ISO 27001, ISO 27002, SOC 2 en NIST
  • Ervaring met security- en privacyclausules in commerciële contracten
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk
  • Ervaring met commerciële teams, klanten of business stakeholders
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het beïnvloeden van senior stakeholders en het stimuleren van risicogestuurde besluitvorming
  • Ervaring met het vertalen van securityvereisten naar concrete businessresultaten VodafoneZiggo.
