  • Je hebt ervaring met het vertalen van zakelijke vragen naar data-oplossingen
  • Je draagt graag praktisch bij aan dashboards en analytics-producten
  • Je introduceert nieuwe manieren van werken en begeleidt je team bij de adoptie ervan
  • Je bent bekend met BI-tools zoals Qlik of Power BI
  • Je begrijpt SQL, datamodellen en ETL-processen
  • Je hebt basiskennis van AI en machine learning concepten
  • Je hebt ervaring in Agile-teams en het coachen van collega’s
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt effectief samen met verschillende stakeholders
