Jij brengt rust en structuur in complexe omgevingen waar veel tegelijk gebeurt. Je houdt overzicht, maakt scherpe keuzes en zorgt dat teams samen blijven werken richting één doel. Je voelt je thuis in omgevingen waar cybersecurity, technologie en regelgeving samenkomen.

  • Je hebt 8–12 jaar ervaring in programma- of projectmanagement binnen complexe technologie- of cybersecurityomgevingen
  • Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van grootschalige transformatieprogramma’s met meerdere werkstromen
  • Je hebt ervaring met governance, planning en besluitvorming op senior niveau
  • Je hebt ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en uitstekende communicatie skills richting senior leadership en externe partijen
  • Je hebt ervaring met werken in gereguleerde omgevingen zoals telecom of kritieke infrastructuur
  • Je hebt kennis van cybersecurity frameworks zoals NIS2, ISO 27001 en NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van programma teams, leveranciers en workstream leads
  • Je hebt een certificering zoals PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP of vergelijkbaar
  • Je hebt een aanvullende security- of risicocertificering zoals CISSP, CISM, CISA of CRISC (pré)
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau
  • Je werkt gestructureerd met tools zoals Jira, Confluence en Microsoft Office
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels. Nederlands is een sterke pré
