Job Description

You combine analytical rigour with commercial judgement and awareness. You see the bigger picture, while diving into the numbers and assumptions behind decisions. You take ownership, communicate complex insights clearly, challenge constructively, build strong relationships and turn recommendations into measurable impact.

Your experience and qualifications

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong foundation in top-tier strategy consulting.
  • Ideally complemented by strategy or transformation experience in a large, complex organisation operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • A master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, economics, business or a similar field.
  • A proven track record of leading complex strategic projects and advising senior executives, boards or shareholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market, customer, competitive and financial insights into strategic choices and actionable implementation plans.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Experience building and developing a team of ambitious strategy professionals, coaching colleagues and helping them grow.
  • Excellent command of English; Dutch language skills and experience in telecom, media, technology or other digital sectors are a plus.
