Job Description

  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Commerciële Economie, Bedrijfskunde, Marketing of Psychologie.
  • Je hebt 5+ jaar ervaring in een organisatie met een volwassen testprogramma of een bureau, idealiter binnen e-commerce, met uitgebreide praktijkervaring in experimenteren.
  • Je zet zelfstandig A/B-testen op, voert ze uit en analyseert de resultaten. Ook het bouwen van een teststrategie en roadmap, webanalyse en kwalitatief onderzoek zijn je vertrouwd.
  • Je haalt er energie uit om anderen beter te maken: je coacht collega's, deelt actief je kennis en tilt daarmee het niveau van het hele team omhoog.
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en communicatie. Je presenteert graag, weet teams te enthousiasmeren en brengt de samenwerking op gang.
  • Je werkt naast met Google Analytics ook moeiteloos met tools voor heatmaps, session recordings en klantfeedback.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van HTML, CSS en JavaScript, waarmee je zelf testen bouwt en QA't.
  • Je kunt overweg met SQL, BigQuery of vergelijkbare datawarehouses.
  • Je hebt ervaring met app-experimenten en met data-analyses van app-verkeer.
  • Je hebt gewerkt met Statsig of een vergelijkbaar modern testplatform.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het optimaliseren en valideren van AI-gedreven klantoplossingen óf een sterke affiniteit met AI en de ambitie om hierin een leidende rol te spelen.
