Je hebt commerciële scherpte: je snapt proposities, prijs en klantwaarde, en vertaalt die naar boodschappen die intern én bij klanten landen. Dankzij je organisatiesensitiviteit beweeg je soepel door de organisatie en weet je stakeholders mee te krijgen. Met je overtuigingskracht breng je ideeën tot leven en creëer je draagvlak. Je pakt eigenaarschap en stuurt communicatietrajecten van concept tot activatie en meting. Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren, zonder de menselijke kant uit het oog te verliezen. Samenwerken gaat je van nature af: je verbindt mensen, werkt met energie en haalt samen het beste resultaat.

Verder heb je:

  • Een hbo- of wo-diploma Communicatie
  • Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring als marketing-/communicatieadviseur of -manager binnen een commerciële corporate organisatie of merk-/marketingbureau
  • Sterk merk- en marketingdenken, vertaald naar interne communicatie, activaties en campagnes
  • Ervaring met communicatie rondom productlanceringen en go-to-market-trajecten
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office en CMS-systemen zoals SharePoint
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring met het toepassen van AI in communicatie en de ambitie om het vak verder te ontwikkelen
  • Beschikbaarheid van 32-40 uur per week
