Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) Analista Senior HR Business Partner (Sede Chorrillos y San Juan de Miraflores) que desee aportar al desarrollo de capacidades y generar un impacto positivo en nuestra comunidad educativa.

MISIÓN

Ser el socio estratégico en lo que respecta a la Gestión de Personas, asesorando y acompañando a los líderes para alcanzar sus objetivos, mediante la gestión de los principales procesos de recursos humanos alineadas a los objetivos del negocio en coordinación permanente con los CoEs y Centro de Operaciones, asegurando que existan políticas, buenas prácticas y sistemas que permitan la correcta gestión.

FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Bachiller Universitario Carreras Administración, Psicología, Ing. Industrial, negocios o afines.
  • Deseable maestría en Recursos Humanos, Administración o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en el área de recursos humanos
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años como HRBP, Generalista de RRHH o afines.

CONOCIMIENTOS:

  • Manejo de MS Office a nivel intermedio.
  • Gestión de indicadores / Analytics
  • Ingles Intermedio (Deseble)
  • Implementación de procesos, políticas e iniciativas de impacto en la organización
  • Elaboración, implementación y gestión de indicadores de gestión
  • Proyectos de Recursos Humanos

FUNCIONES:

  • Orienta y provee de información a líderes y colaboradores frente a las dudas o inquietudes relacionadas con HR brindando claridad sobre los canales de atención y posicionándose ante los clientes internos como principal persona de contacto.
  • Mantiene cercanía con los clientes entendiendo los roles y objetivos de las áreas, identificando oportunidades de mejora en la gestión de personas aterrizándolo en iniciativas de HR.
  • Brindar alertas oportunas sobre posibles riesgos o contingencias de índole laboral, gestión de talento, clima y cultura.
  • Recopila información, consolida y establece indicadores para medir la gestión de los líderes y sus equipos.
  • Analiza información de las áreas para proponer iniciativas que sean sostenibles en el tiempo.
  • Elabora informes, reportes, presentaciones, etc.
  • Asegura la existencia de políticas o in políticas o iniciativas que permitan cumplir con los requisitos legales y de gestión en la organización.
  • Aporta soluciones y sugerencias que conduzcan adecuadamente al cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.
  • Participa activamente en el negocio como socio estratégico de HR brindando a las áreas clientes una perspectiva desde el lado de gestión de personas.
  • Co-crea con los equipos especialistas, soluciones para las necesidades del negocio en temas de HR
  • Brinda asesoría en la gestión de procesos claves como efectividad organizacional, talento, compensaciones, clima y cultura, gestion del cambio, comunicación, relaciones laborales y demás procesos propios de la gestión de personas.
  • Propone e implementa mejoras en los flujos de procesos para mejorar la experiencia facilitando la toma de decisiones del cliente interno y aumentar la productividad en HR.
  • Asegura el cumplimiento de los SLAs y la calidad de atención de las áreas COEs de los diversos procesos de HR.
  • Propone iniciativas para la consolidación del modelo HROM y sus diferentes procesos.
  • Traslado de sedes para reuniones, seguimiento a los líderes y equipos.
