OBJETIVO DE LA POSICION:

Dirigir la estrategia corporativa de seguridad física, electrónica y control de accesos, asegurando la protección de personas, infraestructura y activos en todas las sedes y razones sociales de Laureate Perú.

REQUISITOS:

Titulado en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Seguridad Corporativa o carreras afines.

Especialización en Seguridad Corporativa o Gestión de Riesgos (mínimo 120 horas).

Gestión de servicios de vigilancia privada (AVP) y contratos de tercerización

Normativa de seguridad privada (Ley 28879 y reglamentos)

Sistemas CCTV, control de accesos y seguridad electrónica

Gestión de indicadores de seguridad y reporting ejecutivo

Manejo de incidentes críticos y protocolos de respuesta.

Experiencia mínimo 6 años en seguridad corporativa o patrimonial, con 3 años en posición de jefatura o subgerencia

Experiencia gestionando proveedores de vigilancia privada en entornos multisede.

FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS:

Dirigir la operación de seguridad física en todas las sedes

Gestionar el contrato y desempeño del proveedor AVP

Supervisar los sistemas de seguridad electrónica y CCTV

Gestionar e investigar incidentes críticos de seguridad

Reportar indicadores de seguridad patrimonial

Gestionar el presupuesto y contratos del área de seguridad

Actualizar y difundir los protocolos de seguridad corporativa.
