Job Description

Trasladar a los colaboradores de su célula de trabajo al área asignada para realizar las actividades de Cobranza, así como realizar la confirmación de datos de los Clientes solicitantes de crédito a sus domicilios ó al momento de tramitar crédito en Coppel y/o BanCoppel.

Responsibilities

• Trasladar a los Colaboradores del punto de reunión a la zona de trabajo correspondiente y de regreso a la oficina de cobranza, cumpliendo con el protocolo definido para garantizar la seguridad de los pasajeros, así como traslados en tiempo. • Confirmar que los datos del solicitante del crédito correspondan con base en la información obtenida por parte de BanCoppel, Promoción Domiciliaria y/o de manera Online y en apego con el proceso establecido autorizar o declinar la solicitud de crédito. • Reportar al Jefe los resultados obtenidos con base en las responsabilidades asignadas correspondientes del día como visitas especiales, respuestas de solicitudes y reestructuras. • Mantener funcional la unidad, limpiando y aplicando el programa de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, para disminuir probabilidades de fallas y desgaste de la unidad asignada. • Apoyar en la gestión domiciliaria de clientes con atrasos en sus cuentas para apoyar en la continuidad del negocio ante cualquier contingencia que impida realizar la promoción de crédito en calle, con el objetivo de dar un seguimiento puntual a las cuentas, realizar convenios de pago y/o recibir abonos que permitan ponerse al corriente, así como en la gestión y recolección de los artículos que presenten un atraso de pago según lo especificado en las políticas internas, y que permitan una recuperación parcial del saldo vencido. • Apoyar en la aplicación de encuestas de levantamiento de afectación ante cualquier contingencia ambiental para recabar información del estado de los clientes y evaluar el impacto en la operación. • Consolidar y trasladar los abonos o convenios recabados durante la ruta para su entrega al Jefe y la captura en sistema. • Facilitar la comunicación operativa del equipo de campo en ausencia del Jefe, concentrando las evidencias de trabajo diario y notificando los avances a la Gerencia. • Apoyar en la logística de la entrega de periódico mensual que se realiza por parte de Cobranza Domiciliaria.
