Job Description

Transportar la mercancía de un origen a su destino de acuerdo a los protocolos de seguridad en configuración FULL (arrastre de dos caja de trailer), con apego en los procesos establecidos, con el objetivo de cumplir con el reabastecimiento de mercancía para Grupo Coppel.

Responsibilities

• Conducir el tractocamión articulado en configuración FULL con dos semirremolques ejecutando los enlaces, circuitos o rutas asignadas dentro de las ventanas de tiempo establecidas, aplicando técnicas de manejo defensivo y técnico-económico, para garantizar la continuidad de la cadena de suministro, asegurar la disponibilidad de producto en centros de distribución o tiendas y optimizar el rendimiento de combustible. • Aplicar el checklist de GPS en cada salida a ruta e inspeccionar diariamente las condiciones físico-mecánicas y de seguridad de la unidad motriz y el equipo de arrastre (frenos, llantas, luces, acoplamiento quinta rueda, suspensión) antes, durante y después de cada viaje para prevenir siniestros viales, evitar multas federales por incumplimiento a la NOM-068, y reducir pérdidas de tiempo por reparaciones correctivas en ruta. • Verificar, resguardar y portar la documentación legal vigente del vehículo y propia (Licencia Federal Tipo E, aptitud psicofísica, tarjeta de circulación y póliza de seguro), así como los documentos fiscales y operativos de la carga (CFDI con Complemento Carta Porte, manifiestos y sellos de seguridad), reportando al Gerente de Transporte o Instructor la detección de cualquier documento próximo a vencer, para acreditar la legal tenencia y tránsito de las mercancías ante autoridades federales (Guardia Nacional, SICT, SAT) y evitar infracciones o retenciones que impacten el costo logístico. • Mantener comunicación constante con el Centro de Monitoreo GPS, atendiendo sus indicaciones, respetando los puntos de parada autorizados, los tiempos y los límites de velocidad de la ruta; conservando en óptimas condiciones los dispositivos habilitados en la unidad (botones de pánico, bocinas, micrófono, cámaras) y aplicando los protocolos de uso de los sistemas GPS y ADAS, para proteger la integridad física del operador, resguardar los activos de la empresa (unidad y mercancía) y activar de forma oportuna los protocolos de reacción, salvaguarda y cobertura de seguros. • Ejecutar maniobras seguras de enganche, desenganche, acomodo y retiro de semirremolques en los andenes y patios asignados, verificando la fijación de la quinta rueda y la integridad de los sellos de carga para agilizar los procesos de carga y descarga en los Centros de Distribución o tiendas, maximizar la rotación de los equipos de arrastre y evitar cuellos de botella operativos. • Registrar y administrar los tiempos de conducción, pausas y descansos obligatorios utilizando la bitácora de horas de servicio física o electrónica dando cumplimiento a los indicadores de rendimiento de combustible, Siniestralidad, Cumplimiento de la ruta, Velocidad, políticas de GPS para prevenir la fatiga del conductor reduciendo el riesgo de accidentes fatales, y dar cumplimiento estricto a la NOM-087 ante posibles auditorías o inspecciones federales. • Documentar y reportar al área de Taller o Mantenimiento cualquier falla, desgaste inusual o irregularidad mecánica/electrónica detectada en el tracto camión o remolque al finalizar su turno o viaje para detonar los mantenimientos correctivos inmediatos, preservar la vida útil de la flota, y asegurar que la unidad mantenga sus estándares de disponibilidad operativa.
