Administrar y supervisar las actividades de las Expertas en crédito relacionadas a la colocación y cobranza, buscando mantener un adecuado manejo de las cuentas asignadas.

Responsibilities

1, Conocer el modelo de negocio y actividades del centro de trabajo para entender de mejor manera la dinámica de actividades diaria. 2, Administrar una cartera de hasta 150 Expertos en crédito, através de asegurar los Expertos en Crédito utilicen su línea de crédito disponibles de forma segura y responsable y seguimiento a pagos puntuales y gestión de crecimiento a las líneas de crédito. 3, Asesorar a los Expertos en Crédito sobre el manejo de las líneas de crédito, refiriendose en especifico a las actividades de dispersión y recuperación de los créditos que ellos otorgan. 4, Analizar y entregar estados de cuenta y recibos de pago de los préstamos otorgados, para detectar e informar la totalidad de posibles riesgos al Gerente de Sucursal y mejoras al uso de la línea de crédito con la finalidad de aplicar planes preventivos y/o correctivos. 5, Asesosar, guiar y dar seguiminento a los Expertos en Crédito, para incentivarlos a cumplir sus objetivos de desarrollo y crecimiento, con la finalidad de mantener un buen nivel de créditos colocados y recuperación acorde a sus indicadores 6, aCsaipgancaidtaors .y reconocer al Experto de crédito por el buen uso, manejo y crecimiento de su línea de crédito, buscando motivar y generar lealtad hacia nuestra empresa, para generar relaciones efectivas y duraderas con nuestros Expertos en Crédito. 7, Realizar el acompañamiento al Experto en Crédito en sus actividades de gestión de cobranza con clientes morosos, por medio de llamadas y/o visitas domiciliarias. 8, Asegurar en conjunto con el equipo de promoción, la activación de las nuevas afiliaciones a Expertas en crédito, colocando sus primeros vales con nosotros
