The posting

The Lounge Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service while delivering an elevated lounge experience. This position builds guest relationships, promotes premium food and beverage offerings, and enhances guest satisfaction through attentive service, product knowledge, and established service standards.

  • Provides exceptional, personalized service to guests while creating a welcoming and engaging lounge atmosphere.
  • Builds and maintains positive guest relationships to encourage repeat visitation, guest loyalty, and an elevated hospitality experience.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of food, beverages, wine, champagne, spirits, specialty cocktails, promotions, marketing initiatives, and entertainment offerings, and effectively communicates such information to guests.
  • Utilizes suggestive selling and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance the guest experience.
  • Promotes premium products, featured menu items, specialty offerings, events, and entertainment experiences.
  • Effectively executes bottle service, including presentation, preparation, service, and maintenance of guest tables throughout the guest experience.
  • Assists guests with menu selections by making informed recommendations based on guest preferences and product knowledge.
  • Anticipates guest needs and proactively provides solutions to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Accurately enters orders, processes transactions, and handles cash and cashless payment methods in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensures timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders.
  • Monitors guest satisfaction throughout service and promptly resolves service concerns or escalates issues when appropriate.
  • Keeps lounge service areas, tables, stations, and workspaces in a clean, organized, and guest-ready condition, including setup, breakdown, stocking, replenishment, and organization of supplies.
  • Supports special events, promotions, entertainment activations, and VIP guest experiences within the Lounge.
  • Adheres to all responsible alcohol service, age verification, health, safety, sanitation, and departmental operating standards in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
  • Participates in ongoing training and development to remain current on products, services, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2 years of server experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, casino, nightlife, or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Previous experience in a lounge, nightlife, nightclub, upscale dining, premium hospitality, casino, or bottle service environment preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately process financial transactions.
  • Knowledge of premium spirits, wine, champagne, cocktails, and bottle service standards.
