RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:

- Atuar de forma consultiva, garantindo acolhimento, entendimento profundo das demandas e resolução eficaz, com foco em retenção e fidelização.

- Conduzir atendimentos omnichannel (chat, e-mail, tickets, ligações e outros canais), priorizando qualidade da experiência e geração de valor ao cliente.

- Realizar diagnóstico estruturado (sondagem) para identificação de causas raiz e definição de soluções assertivas.

- Gerenciar e acompanhar demandas ponta a ponta, assegurando follow-up ativo e fechamento com excelência.

- Atuar na resolução de demandas de média e alta complexidade, com capacidade de análise crítica e tomada de decisão e, quando necessário, escalar o tema para os times especialistas.

- Acompanhar e atuar sobre seus próprios indicadores, garantindo atingimento e superação (CSAT, NPS, SLA, produtividade), com foco em melhoria contínua.

- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em processos, produtos e jornada do cliente, contribuindo ativamente com insights estruturados para evolução do negócio.

- Manter registros completos e organizados dos atendimentos, garantindo rastreabilidade e inteligência operacional.

REQUISITOS:

- Experiência comprovada em Customer Success, Customer Experience ou Atendimento Consultivo, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia, logística, start-ups, fintechs ou e-commerce.

- Vivência com atendimento omnichannel e gestão de tickets, com foco em resolução e não apenas execução operacional.

- Forte capacidade analítica para diagnóstico de problemas e proposição de soluções.

- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade de adaptação de linguagem para diferentes perfis de cliente.

- Capacidade de atuar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente, mantendo organização e priorização.

- Perfil orientado à experiência do cliente, com visão de longo prazo e foco em retenção.

- Postura proativa, senso de dono, pensamento crítico e colaboração.

- Ensino superior completo ou cursando semestres finais.

Será um diferencial:

- Experiência prévia em ambientes de alta escala e/ou operações digitais.

- Vivência com ferramentas como Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot ou CRMs similares.

- Conhecimento em métricas de experiência do cliente (CSAT, NPS, Tempos de Atendimento e Solução).

- Experiência com operações de pós-venda, retenção ou sucesso do cliente.
