RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Coordinar actividades operativas vinculadas a proyectos e iniciativas del área de tecnología, asegurando continuidad y orden en la ejecución.

- Consolidar información relevante de cada iniciativa para mantener visibilidad sobre avances, pendientes, riesgos y próximos pasos.

- Administrar y mantener al día los espacios de trabajo, tableros, registros y materiales de soporte utilizados por el equipo.

- Facilitar la organización de sesiones de trabajo y seguimiento, dando soporte en logística, preparación de temas y documentación de acuerdos.

- Generar reportes ejecutivos y resúmenes de avance que permitan a líderes y stakeholders contar con información clara y oportuna.

- Detectar desviaciones, cuellos de botella o necesidades de apoyo que puedan impactar tiempos, calidad o cumplimiento de objetivos.

- Colaborar con equipos técnicos y áreas relacionadas para asegurar una comunicación efectiva y alineación en prioridades.

- Dar seguimiento a compromisos, entregables e indicadores del área, promoviendo disciplina operativa y trazabilidad.

- Contribuir a la mejora de procesos, formatos y dinámicas de seguimiento para hacer más eficiente la gestión del área.

- Brindar apoyo transversal en actividades de coordinación, análisis y organización que fortalezcan la operación del equipo.

- Actividades generales para apoyo de los directores.

REQUISITOS:

- Indispensable: Portugués avanzado.

- 3+ años de experiencia en coordinación de proyectos técnicos, apoyo administrativo para equipos técnicos o un rol similar.

- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de multitarea.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

- Dominio en gestión de proyectos.

- Experiencia con Jira.

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.

- Detallista con un enfoque proactivo para la resolución de problemas.

- Experiencia con metodologías de gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, Agile, Scrum).

- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 19:00 GMT-6 (CDMX). Con flexibilidad de horario en fechas de lanzamientos y actualizaciones.
