A SLC Agrícola é uma das maiores produtoras agrícolas do Brasil, com atuação em larga escala, forte cultura de inovação e uso intensivo de tecnologia no agronegócio.Estamos em busca de um(a) Cientista de Dados Sênior para atuar em projetos estratégicos que transformam dados em decisões de alto impacto para o negócio. Procuramos alguém com perfil analítico, visão de produto e capacidade de conectar ciência de dados aos desafios reais da operação agrícola.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar o desenho, desenvolvimento, validação e evolução de modelos preditivos e prescritivos (classificação, regressão, séries temporais, recomendação, detecção de anomalias) aplicados ao agronegócio e às operações da companhia;Conduzir análises exploratórias de dados (EDA), desenho de features e integração de múltiplas fontes (ERP, sensores, telemetria de máquinas, dados climáticos, dados externos), garantindo qualidade, consistência e governança;Estruturar e manter pipelines de dados e de modelos em conjunto com Engenharia de Dados, incluindo pré‑processamento, treino, validação, deploy e monitoramento em ambiente cloud;Atuar em MLOps, definindo boas práticas de versionamento, monitoramento de performance, detecção de drift e revisão periódica de modelos em produção;Traduzir problemas de negócio em hipóteses, experimentos e análises quantitativas, estimando impacto e comunicando resultados de forma clara para públicos técnicos e executivos;Apoiar a construção do roadmap de Dados & IA, propondo novos casos de uso, provas de conceito e melhorias em soluções existentes;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: graduação completa em Estatística, Ciência da Computação, Engenharias, Matemática, Física, Economia quantitativa ou áreas correlatas; pós‑graduação ou mestrado em Ciência de Dados, IA ou áreas afins é um diferencial.Experiência sólida em Ciência de Dados e Machine Learning;Proficiência em Python e bibliotecas de dados (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.);Experiência com SQL e manipulação de grandes volumes de dados;Vivência em construção e deploy de modelos preditivos;Conhecimento em engenharia de features, validação e métricas de modelos;Experiência com ambientes em cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP);Vivência com ambientes de cloud computing (Azure, AWS ou GCP) e ferramentas de orquestração/automação (por exemplo, Databricks, Airflow, Jobs em cloud, pipelines CI/CD);Capacidade de comunicação com áreas técnicas e de negócio.Informações adicionaisOferecemos programas de desenvolvimento, oportunidades de crescimento e ações voltadas para a qualidade de vida, vinculados aos nossos valores e cultura.
