Founded by Austin McChord (Datto Founder & former CEO) and Michael Fass (former Datto General Counsel & Chief People Officer), Slide is led by a team of industry veterans with deep expertise in backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity. Built from scratch, from a clean-room code base, free from legacy technical debt, to deliver the MSP-centric backup and recovery platform of the future. About the Job As a Sales Representative and “Hunter” at Slide, you will be a key player in expanding our reach and building strong relationships with new Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will be responsible for driving sales of our modern, security-first, appliance-based Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) solutions. We are looking for someone who embodies our values of empathy, teamwork, getting stuff done, openness, doing the right thing, and doing their life's work.

Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the MSP market.

- Present and demonstrate Slide's BCDR solutions to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners.

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

- Utilize internal resources such as Google Groups ([email protected]) and Slack channels for team communication and collaboration.

- Manage expenses responsibly and submit reports via Ramp.com http://Ramp.com.

Preferred Skills

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or MSP industry.

- Strong understanding of Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) concepts.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A passion for innovation and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
