Smart Santé Conseil recherche un(e) IDE pour intégrer un EHPAD situé à Monthermé (08), du 1er au 31 décembre 2026.

Un projet d'un mois pour commencer, avec une éventuelle possibilité de prolongation selon les besoins de l'établissement.

🌿 Votre futur environnement : un EHPAD dans les Ardennes

Vous rejoignez un EHPAD situĂ© Ă  MonthermĂ© (08), au cƓur des Ardennes.

Vous accompagnez les rĂ©sidents dans leur quotidien et contribuez Ă  leur bien-ĂȘtre, leur sĂ©curitĂ© et la qualitĂ© de leur prise en charge.

Vos principales missions :

  • RĂ©aliser les soins infirmiers et assurer le suivi des rĂ©sidents.
  • Administrer les traitements prescrits.
  • Assurer la surveillance clinique.
  • Participer Ă  la prĂ©vention de la perte d'autonomie.
  • Collaborer avec les mĂ©decins et les Ă©quipes soignantes.
  • Assurer les transmissions et la continuitĂ© des soins.

⏰ Une organisation simple pour le mois de dĂ©cembre

  • Poste infirmier de jour en 12 heures.
  • PĂ©riode : du 1er au 31 dĂ©cembre 2026.
  • CDD d'un mois ou collaboration libĂ©rale.
  • PossibilitĂ© de prolongation selon les besoins de l'Ă©tablissement, sans engagement Ă  ce stade.

💰 Une rĂ©munĂ©ration attractive

En CDD :

  • 2 200 € nets pour un mois complet Ă  temps plein.
  • Logement gratuit en colocation.
  • Dimanches et jours fĂ©riĂ©s travaillĂ©s : majoration de 25 % selon les conditions applicables.

En libéral ou remplacement :

  • 22,50 Ă  24 € de l'heure.
  • Soit 270 Ă  288 € pour une journĂ©e de 12 heures.
  • Logement gratuit en colocation.
  • Conditions de majoration des dimanches et jours fĂ©riĂ©s Ă  confirmer.
