Smart Santé Conseil recherche un(e) IDE pour intégrer un service de Soins Médicaux et de Réadaptation (SMR), dans le cadre d'un projet professionnel stable.

Notre équipe vous accompagne à chaque étape : présentation du projet, démarches administratives, intégration et suivi.

🌿 Votre futur environnement : un établissement SMR à Draguignan

Vous rejoignez un établissement situé à Draguignan (83), au sein d'un service de Soins Médicaux et de Réadaptation.

Vous accompagnez les patients dans leur récupération, leur rééducation et leur retour à l'autonomie, au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire.

Vos principales missions :

  • Réaliser les soins infirmiers et assurer le suivi des patients.
  • Administrer les traitements prescrits.
  • Assurer la surveillance clinique et le suivi de l'évolution des patients.
  • Participer à la prévention des complications et à la récupération de l'autonomie.
  • Collaborer avec les médecins, kinésithérapeutes et équipes soignantes.
  • Assurer les transmissions et la continuité des soins.

⏰ Une organisation adaptée à votre équilibre professionnel

  • Poste infirmier de jour.
  • Journées de 12 heures.
  • Temps plein : 35 heures par semaine selon le planning.
  • Projet de 3 mois minimum, avec possibilité de prolongation.
  • CDI privilégié, collaboration libérale envisageable selon les conditions du projet.

💰 Une rémunération attractive

En CDI :

  • Salaire de 2 200 à 2 400 € nets par mois, sur une base de 35 heures.
  • 200 € d'aide au logement par mois en complément.
  • Dimanches et jours fériés travaillés : majoration de 25 %.

Soit jusqu'à 2 600 € par mois, salaire net et aide au logement cumulés, hors majorations éventuelles.

Nous pouvons également étudier les candidatures d'infirmiers libéraux ou remplaçants.

Les conditions financières seront définies selon votre profil et les modalités du projet.
