Smart Santé Conseil recherche un(e) IDE de nuit pour intégrer le service de gériatrie d'une clinique partenaire, dans le cadre d'un projet professionnel stable.

Notre équipe vous accompagne à chaque étape : présentation du projet, démarches administratives, intégration et suivi.

đŸ„ Votre futur environnement : une clinique Ă  Lyon Nord-Ouest

Vous rejoignez une clinique située dans le nord-ouest de Lyon (69), au sein d'un service de gériatrie.

Vous accompagnez les patients ùgés et veillez à leur sécurité et à leur confort tout au long de la nuit.

Vos principales missions :

  • Assurer les soins infirmiers et la surveillance des patients pendant la nuit.
  • Administrer les traitements prescrits.
  • Identifier et prendre en charge les situations nĂ©cessitant une intervention.
  • Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes mĂ©dicales et paramĂ©dicales.
  • Assurer les transmissions et la continuitĂ© des soins.
  • Veiller au confort, Ă  la sĂ©curitĂ© et au bien-ĂȘtre des patients.

⏰ Une organisation adaptĂ©e au travail de nuit

  • Poste infirmier de nuit en 12 heures.
  • Planning organisĂ© sur les semaines impaires.
  • Temps plein selon l'organisation contractuelle.
  • Projet de 3 mois minimum, avec possibilitĂ© de prolongation.
  • CDI privilĂ©giĂ©, collaboration libĂ©rale envisageable selon les conditions du projet.

💰 Une rĂ©munĂ©ration attractive avec majoration de nuit

En CDI :

  • Salaire de 2 750 Ă  3 000 € nets par mois, sur la base d'une majoration de 25 % par rapport au salaire de jour.
  • 200 € d'aide au logement par mois en complĂ©ment.
  • Majorations des dimanches et jours fĂ©riĂ©s selon les conditions applicables.

Soit jusqu'Ă  3 200 € par mois, salaire net et aide au logement cumulĂ©s, hors Ă©ventuelles majorations supplĂ©mentaires.

Nous pouvons également étudier les candidatures d'infirmiers libéraux ou remplaçants.

Les conditions financiÚres seront définies selon votre profil et les modalités du projet.
