1. 算法设计与验证： 负责等离子体或可压缩/不可压缩流体求解器的算法研究、离散格式（如FVM、FEM或谱方法）开发及数值验证。 实现和测试新的数值算法和数值方法，确保软件的稳定性和可靠性。 2. 算法平台开发： 使用并行编程模型（如 SYCL、HIP 或 CUDA）重构核心计算热点，实现跨平台的高效计算。 针对硬件架构进行访存优化、向量化和计算/通信重叠，以达到理论峰值算力的较高利用率。 3. 架构演进与代码质量： 参与高性能计算框架的架构设计，抽象物理模型与硬件层的耦合关系，确保代码的可扩展性与可维护性。 建立自动化回归测试体系，确保异构版本与CPU基线版本的数值一致性。

1. 基本资质 学历： 计算数学、物理学（等离子体物理/流体力学）、计算机科学（高性能计算）、工程类（航空航天、能源动力、机械工程、土木工程、环境工程）或相关专业，硕士及以上学历（博士优先）。 经验： 3年以上C++数值计算开发经验，或具有相关课题研究经历的优秀应届博士。 2. 核心技术栈 编程语言： 熟悉现代C++（C++14/17/20），熟悉模板元编程、RAII及泛型编程； 熟悉Python。 并行计算： 熟悉MPI与OpenMP；必须具有至少一种异构编程模型的实际项目经验。 数值方法： 深入理解偏微分方程数值解（PDE），精通至少一种主流数值格式； 熟悉有限体积法（FVM） 者优先。 3. 专业领域知识 计算流体力学： 熟悉Riemann求解器、高阶重构格式（如WENO）、湍流模型或时空守恒格式。 等离子体物理： 理解磁约束或惯性约束原理，熟悉电磁场中的粒子推进算法（PIC）。 线性/非线性求解器： 熟悉PETSc、Trilinos或AMReX等开源框架的使用与底层原理。 4. 其他能力 熟练使用Linux开发环境。 具备良好的技术文档撰写习惯和清晰的英文文献阅读能力。 具备极强的问题定位能力，能够从“物理发散”现象中识别是算法稳定性问题还是硬件浮点异常问题。
