岗位职责 1. 团队协作：与内、外部科研和工程团队紧密配合，设计研究方案。 2. 分子动力学模拟：设计、执行并分析生物大分子（蛋白质、抗体、多肽、核酸等）及其复合物体系的全原子/粗粒化分子动力学模拟，解析构象变化、稳定性及相互作用机制。 3.CADD计算支撑：运用分子对接、虚拟筛选、同源模建、药效团模型、结合自由能计算（MM-GBSA、FEP等）等方法，支持药物分子的设计、筛选与优化。 4.方法开发与流程搭建：在高性能计算平台上构建标准化的计算流程，实现建模、模拟与分析自动化，提升计算效率与可重复性。 5.前沿跟踪与技术创新：跟踪分子模拟、CADD及AI药物设计等领域的最新进展，推动新技术在内部项目中的应用。 6. 成果输出：参与项目交付、专利撰写、高影响力论文撰写及外部研究机构合作等工作。

基本要求 1. 学历：计算化学、计算生物学、生物物理学、结构生物学、药物化学或相关专业博士学历。 2. 分子动力学模拟经验：能深入理解并熟练使用分子动力学模拟软件，如 GROMACS、AMBER、NAMD、Desmond 等。具备生物大分子体系（蛋白、抗体、多肽等）MD模拟的设置、运行与分析经验。 3.CADD技能：掌握分子对接、虚拟筛选、同源模建、药效团模型、自由能计算等常用CADD方法。 4.编程能力：熟悉Linux操作系统，具备良好的编程能力（Python/Shell等），能够进行脚本编写、批量数据处理及自动化流程搭建。 5.英语能力：具有良好的英语文献阅读、写作和沟通能力。 优先条件 1.CADD经验：有设计CADD技术成功进行药物筛选和设计的实际项目经验者优先。 2.具体项目研发经历：从事过具体的药物研发项目，在生物大分子药物（抗体、多肽、环肽、ADC、核酸药物等）发现或优化中承担过核心计算角色，有可追踪的项目产出。 3.自由能计算：具备FEP自由能方法的实际项目应用经验。 4.AI/ML应用：具有深度学习模型开发能力（PyTorch等），或有AI在分子模拟/药物设计中应用的经验。 5.工业界经验：具有药企、CRO或AI制药公司研发经验者优先。 6.学术产出：在计算化学、分子模拟或药物设计领域有同行评审的论文发表。
