1、参与超算系统Java后端模块的设计与开发，保障高并发、高可靠场景下的数据处理与服务性能； 2、参与CPU/GPU计算任务的资源调度系统开发与优化，提升异构计算资源的利用率； 3、参与容器化调度平台（如Kubernetes）相关功能开发，支持任务的弹性部署与管理； 4、参与需求分析、技术评审、代码审查与测试，撰写清晰的技术文档； 5、跟进Java生态及超算、分布式系统前沿技术，推动技术落地。

1、硕士学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数学、物理、数据科学等相关专业； 2、扎实的Java基础，掌握JVM、多线程、并发编程； 3、 熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流框架； 4、了解MySQL、Redis等常用数据库与缓存技术； 5、了解分布式系统原理，有Linux环境开发经验者优先； 6、辅助技能：熟悉Python、Go、JavaScript、Shell脚本中至少一种，具备自动化脚本编写或简单开发能力； 加分项： 1、了解CPU/GPU资源调度机制； 2、熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术； 3、有HPC（高性能计算）、集群调度系统相关实习或项目经验者优先； 4、有AI agent实践经验，能够利用AI工具做全栈开发； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维、学习能力和团队协作意识，能承受一定工作压力。
