1. 算法调研与原型验证：跟踪国内外FFT及高性能数学库前沿技术，对高性能FFT数学库核心算法的设计、开发、维护与性能优化，持续提升FFT数学库的性能、可扩展性和易用性。 2. 硬件抽象与调度设计：对自研处理器硬件特性进行合理抽象，负责FFT算法面向自研处理器的优化与适配，包括多维FFT任务划分、数据布局优化、通信优化、融合算子等高性能方案设计； 3. 原型平台开发与加速：负责FFT原型算法平台架构设计、优化与开发，包括软件架构设计、算法验证、性能评估等软件平台能力建设，基于CMEX、SIMD 等技术对 MATLAB 原型平台关键计算模块进行加速，实现算法快速验证与高效迭代支撑FFT数学库的开发、验证与持续演进； 4. 调试支持：负责FFT数学库在自研处理器上的集成验证、性能调优与问题定位，支撑算法实现对接及工程化落地；

1. 编程与工程能力：熟练掌握 C/C++开发，熟悉MATLAB等算法验证工具，具有良好的数据结构与算法基础，具备较强的软件设计能力与工程化开发能力。 2. 算法与性能优化能力：具有较强的问题分析能力和性能优化意识，能够独立完成算法设计、实现及性能调优。熟悉现代处理器架构与内存层次结构，了解向量化（如 SSE/AVX）等优化手段，能够使用性能分析工具（如 perf / VTune）进行性能分析与瓶颈定位。 3. 工程素养：具备良好的代码规范及工程开发习惯，熟悉Linux开发环境及常用构建与版本管理工具，具备单元测试意识与问题定位能力，能够排查复杂程序中的异常与性能问题。 【加分项】 1. 具有良好的数学/数字信号处理基础优先； 2. 熟悉常用开源库FFTW、MKL FFT、cuFFT、rocFFT，有FFT开源数学库优化或使用经验。 3. 熟悉 CUDA 等GPU并行计算平台开发或性能优化经验。
