The posting

1. 负责公司芯片产品的封装方案选型、封装结构设计与封装设计总体方案制定，全流程端到端完成芯片产品的先进封装设计、开发、技术验证与NPI工作； 2. 与前后端协作，完成网表、bump location等封装设计输入件的迭代与最终fix； 3. 独立完成封装基板、Silicon interposer/RDL interposer等复杂中介层的设计与PV验证，配合前后端、SIPI、系统团队完成封装结构与封装设计的优化与最终fix，输出封装交付件，design rule等； 4. 完成封装热分析与应力分析； 5. 与OSAT/fab等协作，完成interposer/先进封装的技术验证、NPI等工程活动；

1. 硕士及以上学历，微电子、电子封装、材料等相关专业； 2.有APD、innovus、virtuoso、3DICC等封装设计工具使用经验，有UCIe/HBM/DDR/SERDES/PCIe等高速接口的设计与优化经验； 3. 有应力仿真、热仿真经验，熟练使用mechanical/icepak等工具； 4. 能够与周边领域团队进行良好的沟通协作，责任心强，共同完成芯片产品的封装开发与产品交付，并按照项目开发节点输出对应的封装交付件； 5. 具备良好的英文读写能力，对行业先进封装技术演进趋势有一定了解，具备较强的学习能力与创新精神；
