【职位概述】 本岗位旨在培养具备生物医药行业视野与项目管理能力的复合型人才。作为连接公司研发与外部合作方的桥梁，您将在资深导师的指导下，深度参与CRO/检测机构等外部合作伙伴的筛选、项目需求对接、合同执行跟踪及关系维护工作，为公司的管线推进与战略布局提供运营支持。 【主要职责】 1.商务拓展支持：协助上级进行客户/合作伙伴的关系维护与日常沟通，参与项目需求的初步挖掘、信息整理与内部传达；负责行业会议、展会等商务活动的筹备与对接跟进。 2.项目合作执行：协助完成外部合作项目的立项调研、方案初步评估及内部审批流程；负责合作项目的节点跟踪、数据回收、阶段性成果整理及内外部沟通协调，确保合作按计划高质量推进。 3.行业信息监测：持续跟踪生命健康领域的行业动态、政策法规变化及竞争格局演进；定期产出行业简报或竞品分析报告，为内部立项决策和BD策略调整提供信息支持。 4.合同与合规支持：参与NDA/保密协议、框架合作协议等初步文本的起草、审核与归档管理；学习并遵守GCP/GLP及相关合规要求，确保合作过程的规范性与可追溯性。

【职位要求】 1.教育背景：国内外知名高校应届硕士及以上学历。药学、生物学、化学、精细化工、医学或公共卫生等相关专业。博士学历者优先考虑。 2.行业认知与基础素养：对创新药或大健康领域的研发流程（从靶点立项到临床前/临床研究）有基本认知；熟悉国家药监局等相关监管政策框架，了解行业主流发展趋势。 3.沟通与组织能力：具备出色的沟通协调能力与书面表达能力，能够与内外部不同专业背景的人员进行高效、清晰的信息传递；具备良好的多任务处理能力与细节管理意识。 4.综合素质：自驱力强，心态开放，对新技术、新疗法保持高度敏感与学习热情；责任心强，具备团队协作精神与一定的抗压能力；英语读写流利，能熟练阅读英文合同、文献及行业报告，并具备基本的口语沟通能力。 【加分项】 专业交叉背景：在校期间有药物化学/计算化学（CADD）、药理毒理、CRO项目管理或法规注册相关的课题研究或实习经验。 数据分析与工具：熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，能独立进行数据整理、图表制作与行业信息可视化呈现。 实习/项目经历：曾在药企、CRO或咨询公司实习，参与过商业尽调、供应商评估或项目协调类工作。
