【职位概述】 本职位隶属于药物发现团队，作为核心储备力量，深度参与新药研发从早期立项到IND申报的全流程生物学工作。在资深科学家的指导下，负责靶点机制研究、实验体系构建及数据产出，为临床前候选化合物（PCC）的筛选与推进提供关键的科学支持。本岗位旨在培养具备全链条视野与扎实科研功底的下一代药物发现领军人才。 【主要职责】 立项调研：在资深科学家指导下，针对特定疾病领域进行生物机制的深度文献挖掘；参与新药研发项目的早期立项评估，协助完成靶点与疾病的相关性调研及差异化潜力的初步研判。 实验方案执行与模型构建：负责对接、管理CRO，配合CRO建立和优化体外生化/细胞水平的活性检测方法；参与体内疾病动物模型的建立与药效学评价，确保实验数据的准确性、可重复性，并严格按照实验记录规范进行数据归档。 跨职能协作：与药化、DMPK、CADD等团队紧密配合，清晰、及时地汇报生物学数据，协同推动分子优化与候选分子筛选工作；参与外部CRO项目的进度跟踪与数据质控。 数据分析：独立进行实验数据的统计分析，运用专业软件进行可视化呈现，并提出基于数据的个人见解。 前沿技术学习：持续追踪行业前沿靶点、新型生物技术平台及药物研发动态，定期进行文献分享，为团队引入新的科学视角与技术思路。

【职位要求】 教育背景：国内外知名高校应届博士毕业生，或博士后出站人员。肿瘤学、免疫学、细胞/分子生物学、药理学、临床药理学等相关专业。 专业技能：具备扎实的分子与细胞生物学实验技能（如qPCR、Western Blot、ELISA、流式细胞术、细胞培养及转染等）；熟悉酶学或结合动力学检测原理（如HTRF、SPR等）；了解体内疾病模型的基本构建与评价方法（有动物实验操作资质或经验者优先）。 科研思维：具备严谨的逻辑推理能力与批判性思维，能够独立设计合理的实验方案并解决实验中出现的技术问题；在博士/博士后期间有完整的课题研究经历，并以第一作者发表过高分SCI论文。 综合素质：责任心强，细致认真，具备优秀的团队协作精神与开放的学习心态；对创新药物研发有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的抗压能力与自驱力；英语读写能力优秀，可流畅阅读英文文献并撰写实验报告。 【加分项】 专业交叉背景：博士课题涉及自身免疫、CNS或肿瘤免疫领域，或具有类器官、器官芯片、PDX模型、人源化免疫系统等复杂模型的使用经验。 数据分析能力：熟练使用GraphPad Prism、R或Python等进行生物学数据处理与统计。 工业界认知：曾参与药企合作项目、转化医学研究，或对IND申报流程有初步了解。
